Which data do we process?

Genderinfo.nl uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics. Genderinfo.nl does not use Meta Pixel or advertising networks. Functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work and analytics cookies of Google Analytics are used. The cookie notice is provided by the Obelisk platform on which this site runs.

When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, e-mail address and message) are stored in the management environment of the website. These data are used solely to answer your message and not for any other purpose. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by completing and sending the form.

No transfer to third parties

Your personal data are not sold, rented out or passed on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example at the demand of the police or the judicial authorities). The data are stored on servers within the European Union.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data, rectification of incorrect data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Retention period

Contact form submissions are kept until the correspondence has been completed and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies or there is a good reason for keeping them longer (for example in the case of an ongoing legal dispute).
